Vision Marine: CEM Recap

Vision Marine Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:VMAR) is pleased to report its successful recent appearance at the Montreal Capital Event conference hosted at the Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile in Montreal, QC on June 17-19, 2022. The annual event serves to introduce growth stage companies to active top level capital finance individuals through highly organized intimate one on one meetings.

Vision Marine’s team provided investment professionals and potential investors with recent updates regarding the developments of its partnerships with Octillion Power Systems (a global battery cell and pack manufacturer), McLaren Engineering (one of the preeminent engineering firms in the world, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Linamar Corporation), and Nextfour Solutions, Ltd. (a large industrial technology and design agency). Vision Marine also had its proprietary E-Motion™ 180E (180 hp) fully electric outboard powertrain system on dry display, which generated great interest.

Vision Marine stood out as the only true next generation technology company exhibiting at the event, which added to its strong presence. A majority of the other companies exhibiting were from different industries, such as mining, real estate investment, gaming and entertainment, tire recycling, etc..

This year’s event, presented by Capital Event Management Ltd. (“CEM”), was completely sold out, despite being an invitation only “closed door” event, and taking place simultaneously with the Formula 1™ Canadian Grand Prix, also taking place in Montreal. CEM, headquartered in Vancouver, BC, curates exclusive live events and virtual meetings where issuers and investors are given the opportunity to build relationships with key industry persons within the investment community.
