Communication Assistant

As part of our development, we are looking for a communication assistant. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand & Marketing of our company, you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of communication operations in accordance with the established strategy.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

As a communication assistant, you will work closely with the different Marketing & Communication teams. You will be responsible for supporting and relaying the communication strategy internally and externally. Rigor, analytical thinking, organizational skills, creativity and above all excellent writing skills in French and English are required for this position.

PRINCIPAL TASKS & RESPONSABILITYS

  • Manage relationships with media and journalists by developing press releases and organizing press events.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns for the company’s products and services.
  • Create and publish content on social media to enhance the company’s online presence.
  • Participate in the planning and organization of events such as trade shows, conferences and product launches.
  •  Ensure internal communication by developing and disseminating internal newsletters, organizing meetings and seminars for employees.
  • Coordinate communication projects with the different departments of the company.
  • Analyze the results of communication campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and improve them.
This non-exhaustive list may be supplemented depending on the activity and needs of the CTO.

Desired experience

  • Diploma in communication or equivalent professional experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of English and French.
  • Experience in press relations and social media management.
  • Experience in marketing and event management.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  •  Passion for technology and innovation.
  • Availability for professional travel.
